Got a product idea?
I run products and projects from the first hypothesis to launch and growth: discovery, CJM, PRD, MVP. I work personally, with no middlemen.
A fit for founders and business owners launching a new product or putting an existing one in order.
- Directly
- you talk to the person doing the work
- Three formats
- project, hourly or retainer
- Small start
- you can take one service
What each piece of work includes
Pick a service to see the concrete tasks and the result.
Discovery

- Testing the key hypotheses
- Checking whether the market will pay

- A findings report and a decision: build, do not build, or change the idea.
CJM

- A customer journey map and an improvement backlog.

- The first version of the product in users’ hands.
Product growth
- Analysing metrics and user behaviour
- Prioritising improvements
- A product roadmap
- Experiments and A/B tests
- You get
- A roadmap and a steady improvement cycle.
Project management
- Plan, deadlines and budget
- A weekly status for everyone involved
- Managing risks and changes
- Coordinating the team and contractors
- You get
- A project where everyone knows the status, the deadline and the next step.
A good PRD needs no call to explain it. A good discovery sometimes says: don’t build.
We start with a small step
No big project needed to begin.
A letter
You briefly describe the product, its stage and your deadline.
A conversation
We decide honestly whether a project is needed.
A first piece of work
We take one task: discovery, a CJM or a document review.
Then
If the result works for you, we move to a project or a retainer.
Three ways to work together
We pick the format for the task and can change it as we go.
| Format | How it is billed | When it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Project | For a result with a clear scope | You need one deliverable, such as a PRD. |
| Hourly | For the hours actually spent | A one-off consultation, a document review, help where the team is stuck. |
| Retainer | Monthly, for ongoing management | The product or project needs someone running it every week. |
Pricing is agreed per task, more in the questions below.
You work with me directly
- No middlemen
- You talk to the person doing the work, not a manager.
- Product and project in one pair of hands
- One person owns what we build and when.
- Only the work you need
- You can take a single service, with no package and no commitment.
Questions before the first email
Do I need a ready spec to get in touch?
No. An idea and a goal are enough; gathering requirements is part of the work.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is agreed per task. Most often we start from an hourly rate.
Can I take just one service?
Yes. For example, only discovery or only a PRD, with no commitment to further work.
Tell me what you are building
Write in Russian or English. So I can answer to the point, include:
- what the product is and who it is for;
- what stage it is at now;
- when you need the result.
